Because this arrived creased, it has affected its adhesive quality and detracts from its looks. While the product is fine, I am NOT happy with the lack of any protective packaging. I realise that as shipping is free you will not spend much on packaging but when the product arrives damaged as a result, then this becomes a poor customer experience. I believe you should create an option where we can choose to pay a bit extra to get better packaging. I would certainly take up that option to prevent me becoming an unsatisfied customer like i currently am.
